After looking through all the recent new posts, there seems to be a lot more WH40K stuff being built, so I thought to myself how about a GB?

It can include figures, vehicles and dioramas.

What are everybody's thoughts?

When someone runs through a GB commenting on every build thread in turn it floods the front page (when using the 'View New Posts' link). This is annoying members whom have no intrest in the GBs.

If the practice continues we are in danger of loosing our post appearing on the front page just as happened to General Chat a while ago.

If we make a few posts, little and often during the day we will give our GBs maximum exposure.

You co-operation is kindly sought.

Sorry but we can no longer allow these types of threads in the GBs and STGBs.

The have the potential to allow unscrupulous members with less than 100 posts to circumnavigate the trading rules.

All future posts for trades/swaps/selling/buying must be done in the Buy/Sell forums but a link to any post in that forum can be posted in the GBs

I have asked all hosts to keep an eye on this and any post found to be in breach of the above will be removed.

some times when I'm building I suddenly gets an idea, for a lot of things but sometimes an idea for a GB. Is't not like i want to be a moderator or run the GB, it's just a loose idea.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but is there any way to see future group builds coming up? I don't just mean the next 6 months ( which can be see in the two calendars in the Future GB section ), but say in the next year or so. or even longer? Thanks!

And very important for us modellers, there are several kits easily available in every scale from 1/144 to 1/32, so no need to search long OOP kits on E-bay or at swap meets.

I know I'm quite new to this forum, but I thought I might add an idea for a group build.

How about a group build of Airfix's 2012 releases? If that is too broad, how about aircraft only? I'm sure you guys have seen how nice the new Airfix models are, and I think it might be cool if we all try to get through them together.

Seeing as some aren't due for release for a while, I imagine the finish would be sometime near the end of the year, perhaps in time for Christmas. Although it's quiet a while, it does mean that the kits aren't rushed and we can get a nice wide selection.

Just throwing the idea out there.

Just a Idea but how about a charity Build in support Help for Hero`s .Has any body got any idea`s how it could be done. Mish has said a small entrance fee.
