3D Figure prints.

Printing these and posting up here until I get around to painting them, these are going to be my winter projects. 

 

First up is Nicole (Zenless Zone Zero) from Bulkamancer sculpts, in 1/8th scale, just about managed to fit thin onto my printer ( Anycubic M4 ) in 3 runs of about 5 hours each. I have no idea what or where this figure is from but she is my first large multi-part print.

I will put Jinx up here as well, She is from the totally amazing Aracine League of Legends, on Netflix.  She is about 150mm, I will let you work out the scale....This is a free stl file from Myminifactory, Menhir. I supported this one myself a task I very much do NOT like to do.

Cheers, they are all hollowed out, my shelf would collapse if they were solid.... 

 

on with the next figure and this one I had to print at 85% so it started at 1/8th scale, less 15% eerrrrr 1/9th and a bit scale....😁call it 1/10 scale.

Cheers, It is even better up close some of the details in the different materials are amazing. Joined the Bulkamancer sculpts patron to get the files for these, Im only going to print 4 or 5 out of the 10 you get. Printing the base to finish the next one, Adris from World of Warcraft, she is some sort of plague pretest with horrid plague-ridden skin, that should be fun to paint. The last one for now will be Princess Mononoke and Moro, the reason I joined its a massive print going to take 9 runs on the printer.

I'm already looking forward to The Plagued Priestess of Babylon, i think this will be very challenging to paint.

Started printing the massive Princess Mononoke and Moro diorama, calling that because its so big. Here is Moros head, super happy with this print.

nice to see the large figures, I've been printing a load in 28mm but it's great to see the detail at this scale.

Oh that is cool! I've been planning on getting a Princess Monoke 3d print, but the one I'm watching is a more westernised San with Moro looking like a real wolf. 

Is this the one where they are head to head?

Yes it's this one from Bulkamancer sculps. Is that the one your after?

No the one I was looking at was this one, see what I mean about westernised!

Though I much prefer the sculpting of the fur on the one your printing, it's all a lot more "artsy".

Its a really great sculpt, but the main reason that it stuck in my head is that one was being sold by only one seller who was charging over 100 euros! 

The one I'm looking at is only at 1/16 scale and a much more reasonable £30

Yeh, not a massive fan of that one tbh, a bit to far removed from the film for my liking. I know the one I'm printing is not like the film but I think its more like it would be if they ever remade it today.

 

100 Euros is quite a bit of cash, saying that its going to take a lot of resin to print at 1/10 scale and x10,  7 hour runs on the printer. Eeek! The original size is 1/8scale  28x25x22cm. These are pre supported 3d prints, so it doesn't take to much prep time to get them onto the printer.

Yeah to be totally honest the more I look at that one the more I'm losing interest, its my daughter who keeps urging me to get it because she thinks it's cool!!

There are a lot of Flesh of God's miniatures I'd like to get more, and I recently saw a He Man and Skeletor that are tempting me.

Last night's had a print fail, but I'm putting it down the temperature drop last night. The day time printed out OK, and the size of Moro is quite impressive.

My second attempt at San dress and the tree stump, cooler room so have to change the exposure a little on the base layers, we are cooking again now.

It's a very long time since I watched that anime. I love that picture of them on the rock that @Hunter Rose posted. And the little mushroom people? I can't remember what they were called. I'm sure your wolf will turn out well.
