I don't like Vallejo's primer, as it tends to come off in stripes too easily if touched or just being looked at the wrong way. I take the regular Model Air colors to prime. Works fine with me. I usually don't clean the sprues before airbrushing at all.

I really hope AIRFIX is going the way Takom did with their Apache and bring on a different version every other day. I'll wait for the IDF version then.

Here is one more vote for Harder and Steenberg. I'm using the Ultra and Evolution for years and on a regular basis, the Infinity is yet unused. I like the interchangeability of needles and nozzles and the easy way to clean. I use Vallejo Model Air, diluted. Regards André

Is it possible that this kit is a reboxing as I have a carrier deck from ammo by mig looking almost identical? Anyway. I used Vallejo Environment 73.821 rust texture to recreate the texture of the deck. Just don't forget to mask the tie-downs.

As a former collector of the James Bond Car Collection there is one thing I would like know: is it for sure you receive all the issues, even if there are only 50 people ordering it from the start and 25 bailing out on the way? Or do they leave you with just one wing and the Main landing gear then? I remember Ju-87, Routemaster buses and even U96 'Das Boot' offerings here in Germany .

I second to the Tiger Models Nagmachon, too. I really like the Meng IDF Doobie Caterpillar. I enjoyed that kit.

Sounds a good tip. I used to thin down the cleaner with distilled water 20 to 80. Did not see a difference to pure cleaner.
