Seat belts are paper, painted using old Eduard brass belts as stencils. Gunze Sangyo paints (as always!), weathered with oil paints, both as washes and dry brushed. I especially like the wavy wing leading edge demarcation line - something I am trying to achieve as well, but yours looks much more convincing.
