Pastor Rich
He shoots! He scores!! As difficult it is to coax metal into these shapes, Peter, you make it look easy! I knew this piece would be a challenge and you mastered it with precision and great skill. Cheers and applause continue from the Peanut Gallery........PR Edited May 21, 2017 by Pastor Rich To err is human. Proof readers untie!
airscale
rhank you folks it was like Christmas this morning when I peeled all the tape off... ..apart from the wingtips, the skinning is complete... ..however, the reason it is kept in tape and will be wrapped again can can be clearly seen when it is sat on my tiny and very messy workbench... dinks are bound to happen.. so an important step is pretty much complete, and next on the block is the canopy - I have some great drawings in the Montforton book but the thing I need to know is if the XVI canopy in there is the same as a Mk XIV - can anyone tell me?

You spoil us! 19 hours ago, airscale said: the thing I need to know is if the XVI canopy in there is the same as a Mk XIV Agree with gingerbob... The canopy should be the same between these two marks. I believe I checked the top drawing here against photos of XIVe.

cambridge
so little lesson on the world we live in: This is called art. Worth millions of dollars. this: is called hobby. Worth almost nothing. than you wonder why so many people are mad at this world. Edited May 23, 2017 by cambridge
Pastor Rich
Well, I for one am most thankful for Peter sharing his passion and skill with us. I don't watch TV and don't have time for movies these days. His builds are what I follow and inspire too. This is artistry on a level that I could not place a monetary value. As entertaining as all of this is, I'm just thankful that he shares it with us in this space! PR

Jamie @ Sovereign Hobbies
Absolutely magnificent Peter, and an inspiration to follow. It's still a bit sickening to consider the talent gap between you and I though!
