ScottC
Hi all Here is my recently completed Special Hobby 1/72 Meteor T.7.5 I usually model in 48th but having modellers block I decided to do something a bit different and was attracted to this colour scheme, there is something about a military aircraft in civi clothing that I like took my around 5 days to complete and I'm reasonably happy with it so thought id share it with you all. jean
Hi Scott, this is truly a magnificent paint scheme, and your build is damn excellent! Five days to build this little gem?!! That's about the time it takes me to remove the see-through wrapping, read the instructions and destroy the first piece of plastic I try to remove from the sprue... So your labor of love is impressive. And it is a Meteor! JR 2
Vulcanicity
A very handsome effort and nice to see a civil Meteor! Perhaps next, the carmine red F4 demonstrator?

Head in the clouds.
I too have this kit Scott, your 5 day marathon was well worth the effort😉 and your paint job is superb, a very attractive scheme to choose and hopefully the mojo reviver you were looking for. Learstang
Excellent job! She does look rather nice in that blue scheme. Regards, Jason
Pete in Lincs
And I will echo what the others said. A lovely job, Scott. The glass table makes it look like it's on a wet dispersal. Yes, the red F 4 would be welcome, especially if it's as good as this one.
Kevin Callahan
I'll concur with my colleagues that this is a nice job done on this kit. I see mention of a red F4 demo. Is this on a particular decal sheet or kit boxing? I don't remember having seen anything of this description in my internet travels. Any info appreciated! Meatbox8
An absolute beauty. I totally agree, a great colour scheme. I wish Special Hobby would release this kit with the parts to build it as Martin Baker's 'Asterix'.

Magua87
Very nice. I think this is the first Meteor 7.5 I've seen built up. What colour did you use for the blue?

kapam
Looks great! A nice break from military camouflage. So, has it convinced you to drop 1/48 in favour of 1/72? 😁
