GiampieroSilvestri Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Beautiful Tupolev Tu-134UBL! Saluti Giampiero 1
Bertie McBoatface Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Nice work. Interesting aircraft too. 1
foxhandybread Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Oh wow, now that is lovely build of a superbly pointy aircraft. Lovely weathering too. Great stuff 👍 1
Mig88 Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Simply great! Nicely finished and weathered. Miguel 1
Electric Indigo Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 Your choice for a business jet with combat radar. Great build and a really cool scheme, it could easily pass for a larger scale IMO. 1
bentwaters81tfw Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 That's a really nice job, I believe the UBL is the only version of the 134 still flying. Neat looking jet. I built the RusAir 134 last year. 1
InFlames Posted November 24, 2021 Author Posted November 24, 2021 Thank you for your comments, everybody!
Ish Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Lovely build, can't recall seeing one done before.
Tim R-T-C Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Lovely work and a nice finish. How did you find the kit to build? I've been eyeballing it for a while.
Mountain goat Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Rather superb - I'm in awe! One of those builds that need a bookmark. 4 hours ago, Tim R-T-C said: I've been eyeballing it for a while. Me too Jay
toniosky Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 I really like your build and the very subtle weathering. I am now also very tempted by the kit even if I am a 1/48 guy
russ c Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 Great build of a great looking aircraft, Excellent paint and finish, really nice work
InFlames Posted November 25, 2021 Author Posted November 25, 2021 Thank you, again! On 11/24/2021 at 1:42 PM, Tim R-T-C said: Lovely work and a nice finish. How did you find the kit to build? I've been eyeballing it for a while. It's pretty straightforward kit to build. A little bit of putty was needed on the inside of the intakes, but as they are so narrow, you'll have a hard time seeing that seam anyway. And the fit of the nose wasn't best, but a tiny bit of putty solved that as well... 1
Xantippos Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 So clean and perfect! I would never say it is a 1/144 model.
