geedubelyer
Hello folk, There was a break in the cloud cover for a spell today so I took advantage of it to snap a couple of pics of the Hawk. I've still got to finish the airbrake in the lowered position and add a sensor to the right side of the nose as well as a couple more RBF tags but it would'nt make a huge difference to the photos. I've enjoyed mucking about with this kit. Revell have created a little gem that can be built up beautifully straight out of the box or tinkered with to any degree desired by the builder. I chose to do a fair bit of extra detailling more for my own pleasure than any need or necessity. Thanks to everyone who contributed on the build thread for their support and encouragement, much appreciated. Martin @ RAM Models
A lovely model that just looks so real. My wife wouldn't believe it was a model and then struggled to believe it was not a giant R/C model. I am very very jealous of the standard you have been able to reach. As the other guys have said a nice dedication to Red 4. Blue Skies

Bertie McBoatface
Perfect. I think it's the intake covers that fool me into believing it's real even when I know it's not. That, and the outstanding construction and painting. Good photo's too. Will this be visible at shows anytime soon? Pickles1343
Stunning mate. Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there; I do not sleep, I may not now be in the group, .........But I am the diamond in the loop, I am the white the red and blue, .........Entwined within the corkscrew, When you look to the heavens above, I am the arrow through the heart of love, I am the smoke across the sky, I am the reason why we fly, I am the Hawk's engine roar, I was proud to fly Red four.
