Just finished this in the excellent Airfix group build. It's the ancient Airfix 1/144 Caravelle III, with F-RSIN engines and SAS decals from 26.

Great to see some more airliners in RFI.

Beautiful classic livery on a well-built and impeccably finished model.  :goodjob:

Very nice natural metal finish... what paint did you use? Very nice job

The aluminium is AK Extreme Metal - works a treat, highly recommended, although I sometimes use Alclad and I don't really have a preference between the two.

Thanks Dave! I'm developing a bit of a thing for airliners. Trying to get a bit of balance between the civil and military stuff. I have a few others in the stash so this won't be the last from me.

Thanks! There's another Caravelle build going on in the work in progress section, my WIP is in the Airfix group build.

Very nice! I would like to do one myself. I even have the 1/72 Mach2 kit, and Lima November decals...

Nice to see a SAS plane here. Looking at your model I regret not getting new engines for my build that I just finished. Good work on your Caravelle.
