Zigomar
Hello all! Continuing my Italian saga, and as I did previously wrote on the Caproni 311 post, here is its predecessor, the 310. The fuselage is close to the 309 "Ghilbi" but the wings and engines will open way to the 311, and 311M series. This model is less easy than the 311 and is more in the spirit of SH as we used to know! Plane is from the 50 Squadriglia, 38° Gruppo based in Elmas near Cagliari in Sardinia in 40. Cheers! TheLurker
That's brilliant. What's the image on the propellors? It looks like the "eye" charm you see on small Mediterranean fishing boats. Is it?
Zigomar
No! That's not Santa Lucia eye! But rather the logo of the prop! Thanks for looking.

VG 33
Hi Jean This is very nice and not in your usual scale. Did you paint the green on sand or on the other way? Patrick

However - Some teens years ago I made mine as scratch build based on some parts (actually - self made resin copies) of Italeri 311. If you wish it is here: Now with kit of 310 it is a bit more easy since the conversion of fuselage is simplier. The wings and tail are basicly the same Regards J-W
Zigomar
Thanks JWM and kudos for your 309 scratch. They will probably be one available one of these days, and Special Hobby can without doubt develop the 313/314 line! Best regards, jean.
