Neil I am kinda committed to making a couple anyway, but if the buck holds up I will see if I can get you a couple off it.

But this is not difficult and if you like I can make part of this build a description of HOW easy it can be to tackle

Have just managed to get my greasy mits on one of these from a friend for a reasonable price, so yes please Bill to the offer for a Perdu teach-in.

I worry 'bout you guys sometimes...

If you look in the mirror Bill, you will notice that you are one of us.

Well isn't that's an awful shame to be "sick" just after Burns night,?

Hope you're feeling better fella.

Didn't realise you were a time-travelling Martian, Martian...

....for the uninitiated, Stardate 1312.1961 is 06:19:49 on April 24, 2324...

One wonders if the two events could possibly be connected?

Fashionably late of course but I'm caught up now.

This will be a good'n, I can feel it in the air.

Wow, I look away for a couple of days and we're on page 3 already!

Sorry I'm late Bill, watching and taking notes now.

Thanks to Adrian there's one of these in my future. OOB kit bashing, as usual :)

I get a feeling, just a feeling mind, that when it arrives and sits on your desk a while being pondered

Then gets transferred to the stash for a bit, then piques your interest it will beat mine to the finishing line

Just a feeling

I do like the Belvedere. Tried to persuade 2 short run manufacturers to try one in 1/48. They said no, commercial suicide. Shame.

Oh dear Bill, what were you thinking? Not a great kit to be tinkering with, think mine went in the bin a log time ago. I've pulled up a seat to watch your antics!

No fun if it's (too) easy Colin, but I take your point

'tis an itch scratcher though and must be done

Wot?

You joined the universe together?

Clever...

Now one of you folk must know how I can set this up

This is the interior I want to imitate

long lines about a 1.2mm apart horizontally and verticals about 3mm wide

belvedere-xg454-2-03-small.jpg

I have been trying to draw these lines in Paint Shop Pro but they refuse to print

I would like to draw the basic grid and then add the windows and extra stiffeners under them easily

Anyone be kind enough to tell me what I should be doing

I would have tried in Photoshop but my version of Win 10 refuses to even see any Adobe products, I have even had to install Xodo to read PDFs

getting a trifle exasperated...
