So glad to hear that it all went well, and if the surgeon also did a bit extra then that's got to be all to the good :) Now take it easy! Better to rest now and heal quickly than to try to do things too soon.

Get well soon, dear boy!

Cheers,

Mark

Glad to hear the surgery went well ..... and hope the recovery is speedy.

When you've worked out the technique for joining fuselage halves together one-handed, let us all know!  😁

Seconded.

There’s an old English saying “ necessity is the mother of invention”. I’m sure you’ll manage to spend some time at the bench, you could always enlist the help of one of the children of Mrs CC as an extra hand.

Thank you so much Friends

It went well, and he cleaned up the bone from arthrosis... that was the bonus track...

Now, I'll try to have some time at the bench in a monopale version of myself....

6 weeks with that thing....

I'll turn mad :rofl2::rofl2:

I start to make things with just one hand...

Amazing adaptability....

See you soon and again, Thank you for the support...

Sincerely.

CC

In a hobby where sometime we need three hands...:P

Take it easy and heal first. Maybe time for research, one handed of course!

Cheers,

Wlad

Hello Gents,

Tomorrow was a bit optimistic.....

Well, as usual, they've got a lot of problems with the anaesthesia....

Soooo, I got 3 dosis to finally got out....

They first injected a drug in the nerves through echography....

Such a long and stong needle....

My arm was numb but I still feel everythings....

I was still clear... They make another injection , to no avail and finally the oxygen mask and th horse dosis.....

Meaning that I stayed a bit longer in the wake up room....

The surgery went well and the surgeon sanded the bone to get the arthrosis out and THAT Gents is the most painfull....

Now there are just 4 tiny holes in my shoulfer, it's amazing....

I'll keep you in touch...

Modelling tonight....

Enjoy your time at the bench...

Sincerely.

They still are from the soviet era....

It happens to the best of us CC, it's not an age thing necessarily,  it's because you have got sooooo many builds on the go😉

The racing XVI looks good, I did see a piccie of that one when looking for images online for my build.  Looks a good scheme.

Hi Alain,

Please, please don't worry! As Chris has said, it happens to us all :)

It just happens that I really want to do the HSS scheme, otherwise the camo schemed one would have been a great alternative.

Thank you so much for taking the time to search through, it's really appreciated! And apologies from me for not having responded sooner - we were busy with grandson last evening and retired to bed exhausted 🤣

With kindest regards,

Mark
