VG 33
Hi Here is my third 1/72 Special Hobby AH-1G Cobra. This time I selected the colorful s/n 70-16000 of the 8th Cavalry, 3rd Squadron, D Troop, US Army based at Mainz-Finthen, Germany in 1973. Out of the box but the harnesses are made of aluminium stripes. No more difficult than the previous two and I was particularly satisfied with the transfers which conformed very well on the nose. She should be published in Model Airplane International. Patrick

Winenut
Top build in midget scale. Very tasty. That skinny helicopter scrubs up a treat!! Might have to have a go myself.

Luis Alfonso
Hi Patrick: Nice Snake you have done, congratulations!!! Hope to find the magazine to watch and enjoy the article about this one. As an Helicopter fan, I am interested in reading and watching many more pics of this one, as I haveplanned to build one Old Monogram in this configuration but if this nice kit has all the elements needed, I prefer to buy one and save my Old Monogram for other project. Thank you very much for sharing, Cheers, Luis Alfonso

Booty003
Looks fantastic. Loving the shark mouth on the nose. I have an AZ AH-1G that just needs a lick of paint and decals. Yours has inspired me to crack on!
Mario
This trio looks as perfect as the other models you have presented here. I struggled a lot with the old Matchbox AH-1 G in the past. Good that there is a state-of-the-art kit around now. Would look very nice next to Italeri´s OH-6A as a Vietnam war "Pink Team". Cheers, Mario
