Hi,

a splendid SMB2.

I love your model, especially because I have always been a fan of the 10th Escadre de Chasse at Creil Air Base, but as well because my favorite squadron has always been the 1/10 Valois.

So it is a fantastic build.

Congratulations.

It is interesting to seee how other go about a 'mojo restart'. I have done any modelling for a year and decided to use an old model from the depths of the stash (Revell Gripen prototype circa 1990) to see if my ancient fingers could still handle the tiny fiddly bits. I found that they could but the end result was unsatisfactory because of the kit's deficiencies. You ended up with something to be proud of but I have something that ended up at the back of the display cabinet but really should be in the bin.

I have a Foderie Mystere somewhere started.... I do not think you missed out on much!

SH is re-releasing the Azur kit soon, so get that one I suggest!!

Nice build! Did you manage to get the inside intake trunking seamless while perserving all the panel detail there? I have this kit in 72nd, but not quite sure how to tackle that part...
