AdrianMF
Hello All, I "finished" this just in time for the DH mega group build after a five day blitz build. It had a scratch built cockpit, Falcon replacement canopy, boxed in wheel wells and some other details added, and I had to brush paint the squadron codes on the last day because I messed up the decals! My first Mosquito since building the Airfix 1958 mould over 50 years ago! A week later, it's now "done done" with weathering, touchups, final details etc etc. Here it is, warts and all: Thanks for looking, Adrian

jean
Hi Adrian, this is a great kit and you have achieved a thing of beauty. I dare say that the vacform canopy makes all the difference... for the better. The ultimate Mosquito kit in my opinion. Congrats JR
Darby
Scrubbed up well for an oldie. Rivets that wouldn't seem out of place at Jutland add to the simplistic charm of an era many seem willing to shun. Nice job on that canopy.

cngaero
Lovely looking Mosquito Adrian. The old kit scrubs up well. You've done some lovely masking work on the canopy and a beautiful job of hand painting the codes.

IanC
Superb model. I especially like the cockpit and canopy work, and the subtle paint job.

Gerrardandrews
Superbly made kit, bringing back memories of my first introduction to this kit, about 1974ish, exciting kit in it's day, bit of a classic 😎

Vinnie
Lovely build Adrian. The canopy allows you to appreciate the cockpit details. Did you do a wip on this? Edited July 1, 2017 by Vinnie
