Stebos
I thought I'd repost some finished shots of the Seamaster from the naval GB, with a few extra pics included Build thread here I've never seen this kit built before, only in box reviews, so any pitfalls found (a few of those!) came about as nasty surprises. Very much in the realm of 'looks like' rather than a really accurate kit, best avoided by those for whom accuracy is important above all else. That said, a lot of the kit errors seem fixable with a lot of time and effort and better skills than I have. Here's the pics and thanks for looking. - - - - - - - -

general melchett
Excellent work Steve , very effective. Always thought the Seamaster was an awesome beast, pity they could never solve the watertight bombay problem...a machine from a very different age . Great ..!! Stebos
Wow, thanks everyone! When I learned of the Seamaster last year I just new I had build one... Going to be tempting to put all my flying boats on a sea base now, I need more space! I think I also need a nice relaxing little OOB fall-together kit to escape into after this one.
