Carlo1963
That is actually one of the worst liverys I have ever seen.
Orso
Awful. Look like a low fare airline livery one prefer not to use. But it follow what every airline is doing. Getting more ugly for every update.
Skodadriver
I'll reserve judgment until I see it in the flesh, so to speak. Β My immediate impression isn't favourable (no temple windows ) but I wasn't taken with the latest Lufthansa livery until I saw it up close on an A321 Neo and decided I rather liked it after all.Β Β Dave G
Cklasse
My impression is like looking at a budget airline plane.Β Some airlines such as Singapore Airlines has not changed its livery since it started in 1972.Β

Britman
It doesn't tell me at a glance who the operator might be with that tail logo. BA, American Emirates do the job for me. Β KeithΒ
upnorth
It reminds me of when Iberia changed their livery to the current one. Β They went from a classic livery that screamed "flag carrier" to a very budget looking livery. Β Mind you, with my one and only Iberia experience, the yarea flag carrier that acts like a budget carrier. In fact I've been on budget carriers that left me with a distinctly better impression than Iberia did. Edited August 22, 2023 by upnorth
Roger Holden
Could have been worse.....I mean, it's not Lufthansa or Japan Air Lines 'bad', which are the current 'World Champion' benchmarks for awful....

Β My thoughts exactly. The Lufthansa scheme is much better 'in the flesh' IMO, though it could have used a yellow stripe. Β Air India looks like a budget airline, but then so does everything these days.

cmatthewbacon
I really donβt get what people have against the latest iteration of the Lufthansa liveryβ¦ so itβs got no yellow in it? Big deal. So it doesnβt look like something from the 1960s? Itβs 2023β¦ Iβm not surprised German designers have come up with a clean, minimal design. Who said βLess is more?β Or βGood design is as little design as possible?ββ¦ best, M.

I feel that colours are associated with the airlines and as much as possible should be retained despite the change in design.Β I canβt imagine if SIA drop the yellow colour for a new design. That will be horrible. Β
Alan P
I hope it's a deeper and more 'mature' red on the real thing than the garish, orangey-red in that artwork π looks like someone spilt a child's art palette over an old Kingfisher aircraft π³
