Got my Panther finished so back on with the Dornier Do22 in this GB. Davey. Thanks Davey, your Panther looks fantastic, I am going to paint the sides to hopefully give the illusion of depth. Looking forward to seeing your progress on the Do22.
Ozzy
I thought I’d start sticking the sides on, it was a clear night on the night of the raid so I kept the sides black. I tried some stars at the top if they don’t work I can always paint over them. Merry Christmas 🎄
Ozzy
Ive got 3 sides glued down and cut a peep hole in the front, I just need to finish off the Stuka’s and stick them to the sides. I just need to blend in some paint on the sides of the background and pop a roof on, it will be definitely finished by the 3 jan. I may take a little longer to finish off the outside of the box, as I plan to clad with strips of balsa wood to look like a packing crate.
PlaStix
Hi Ozzy. It's all coming together rather nicely! A great looking project! Kind regards, Stix
DaveyGair
Looks great, I like the idea of a single and specific viewpoint. You can almost imagine a German peering out into the carnage thinking ' I'm not going out there, these guys look serious!' Great job. Davey Thanks Davey, i went for a slit rather than a full face view, if I was a German I think I’d pretend to be asleep.
Ozzy
I’m calling this one done for the moment, as supply’s are thin on the ground to finish the box off. It’s been a fantastic GB and can’t wait for our next adventure in the MTO.

Thanks guys, I've really enjoyed the build, the first time I’ve incorporated 1/32 and 1/35 there is a few millimetre difference but nothing to notable.

Kind regards, Stix Thanks Stix’s, I’m well thanks hope you are to, it was a really enjoyable project. Adding the LEDs has really brought it all to life, I just need to find a sound generator to add to the circuitry at some point in the future.
