  1. Always did like the X -15 and that’s a lovely rendition, especially in white. Can I ask, what is the blank over the left windscreen? Graham
  2. Very nice indeed. Now for the rest of the rocket. Graham
  3. Not my 1/24th TSR2 then? 😭😭😭 Graham
  4. I’ve never considered myself arty in any way and always held a dim view of so called artists. Back in the day I was successful in obtaining a place on a HND in Professional Modelmaking course at college. When I applied for a grant I was horrified to read for the grant interview that “art students should bring a portfolio of work”. It never occurred to me that it was an arts course. That said, you’d have thought the clue would have been in the name of the college - Herts College of Art and Design in St Albans 🙄 Graham
  5. Glad I didn’t pay to see it, watched it on Sky, got bored about thirty minutes into and gave up, just couldn’t get into it. Graham
  6. Oh yes! Lovely. Graham
  7. If the IM pilot is as good as this one, I’d buy it just for that! Graham
  8. And to be avoided like the plague…. Graham
  9. Late comer here - very nice work indeed.👍👍👍 Graham
  10. Once I’ve finished telling my stock broker to buy shares in filler manufacturers I shall be watching closely. Can't have too many TSR2s and a great start. 👍👍👍 Graham
  11. I really like the idea of big scale (1/6th, 1/12th, 1/24th) cockpits both for civil and military aircraft - especially for my favourites, Concorde, Vulcan, Victor and TSR2. Graham
  12. Ooooo 1/24th Concorde - now there’s a good idea!🤪 Graham
  13. I bought the Airfix incarnation and my goodness it is a rubbish kit. Parts only fit where they touch, some look like they’re from a different kit and the only resemblance to the real thing is the name on the box (okay, slight exaggeration there, but the nose, really???). I would dearly love a more accurate 1/72 scale injection, but I doubt one would be financially viable. Graham 🙄🙄🙄 Just realised I’ve already slagged off the Airfix kit twice in this thread 🙄🙄😂
  14. I’ve only been to a handful of gigs but by far the best was ZZ Top somewhere in London.🤷🏼‍♂️ I wasn’t really into their music before but only went because an ex was going. They were excellent. Can’t say the same about the result with my ex though. Graham
