Yet another Hasegawa 1:72 Fw190F-8. It's my favourite variant because the ordnances it carried gives it that badass look.
Out of the box, not modification on this one.

The oil leaks put it in a class by itself. Totally convincing to my eyes – I had to resist an urge to sneak up to it with a rag in hand… 😉

The most attractive version is the F with the blown canopy. And you did justice to it. Very nice and clean built.

Hasegawa instruction doesn't specify a unit, and it isn't always reliable, IMO. If the markings was to be believed, it could be one of the Schlachtgeschwader operating with Luftflotte 4.

Yes, the yellow wing 'V' was ordered to be painted on Luftflotte 4 aircraft in Sept 1944 as it was believed the Soviets were using captured Luftwaffe aircraft on the Romanian front.
