Helleluyah! That's saved my posterior - couldn't find all the bits for the one I had in my dwindliing stash for the Bucc GB. Might do several now. I don't normlly go in for this but is there any AM for the cockpit, wheel wheels etc?

Just ordered mine from wonderland models. £12.89 with the postage. I noticed yesterday they had them in stock

but it said on the Airfix website they were not available yet so I thought it was a mistake !!! Guess not.

Can't wait to get my hands on this one

Had the same thing with the Red Arrows Hawk shown as in stock but had to wait six weeks, Its a bit naughty claiming them as in stock when they have not been delivered from Airfix

Paragon produce wheels and flaps, Flightpath do a pretty extenisve set, Heritage aviation produce corected intakes, neomega produce a cockpit and im sure someone does ejector sets. and Scale Aircraft conversion are working on a set of undercarridge legs for it to come out soon.

You're getting your scales mixed up Ollie......Paragon only ever did accessories for the Bucc in 1/48th as did Flightpath and NeoMega.

The Airfix issue is their old 1/72nd scale kit with a new weapons/stores sprue and decals

Airwaves do or did a very good etch set for this kit and I would be very surprised indeed if Hannants do not re-release it. I would also imagine that the likes of CMK, Pavla and Eduard are on the case as we speak.

Just did a search on Hannants site, and currently anyway there's only aftermarket from Airwaves (as Martin says) and Aeroclub. Most are still available.

The Airfix kit is of course the old one, late 80's issue but with a new weapons sprue and decals. A few years ago SAM issued some parts in resin. these included some Gulf War weapons and a new radome.

The Airfix Buccaneer isn't that bad - Airwaves sets wil improve it and if you can get a hold of the Aeroclub undercarriage you'll find that a great improvemnt on the kit parts. Also many, many years ago there was a pair of white metal seats issued under the "Harrier" label from "Chota Sahib"

I have a pair or two of these stashed away and they are superb!!! They've been long OOP which is shame, but if anyone sees these second hand then grab them!!
