Also the LG legs are very fragile.

I think almost everyone has experienced broken Airfix antennas, control sticks and landing gears. It's time to give that kit an new name - Brokstang, Brokefix... ? Can I start the popcorn? Does it have an green nose? Cheers / André

Cheers / André Good morning Andre I totally agree with you , these parts are the bad points of this nice kit and I am very surprised that no AM companies has made resin replacement parts .. Patrice They are simply molded wrong. If they were like the tailwheel, then it would be OK. Now those small parts are attached in two points. Wonder if they had a look on the older kits concerning moulding small parts?
vppelt68
They could leave those bad parts as they are and just add a tiny new extra sprue with the fixed four parts.

Yip, control column broke & disappeared along with the carpet monster into the shag pile! Haven't cut off the aerial yet buts got a lump of flash attached so I'm hopeful I can use that as an aid when it's time to cut it off.
Johnson
Same here - the control column broke really easily. Glued it back together. Same with the aerial mast, I didn't even recognise what it was with so much flash. The U/C legs which are still on the sprue and look very dodgy and they're both bent! Best wishes for the happy event Erwin!
