A VERY enjoyable kit IMHO and would readily recommend it to fans of the P-51D in 1/48 scale. Heres a couple of pics, more in the gallery shortly. She really does look fantastic, great job on the lightning bolts they really do make for an interesting and different scheme. I am happy with the end result, and would definitely get another Airfix P-51 when the mood takes me. It's good to do a non European theatre version for a change. She's a fine looking model and I really do like the scheme as it's a bit more unusual than the normal NMF ones we see.
