invidia
Meridian trafalgar range model of HMS Royal sovereign 1/700. I got this kit after seeing PaulE Build the HMS victory. Painted with tamiya, citadel and oils. rigged with EZ line. The base is just some painted wood i had and edged with dyno tape!! figures by eduard. Not my normal thing at all. but i really enjoyed building this, even put a few other kits 'on hold'. will be getting another. Go on get one, you know you want to!!!

dfqweofekwpeweiop4
Nice work. If anyone is interested there is a monument to Admiral Collingwood at Tynemouth and at the base of the monument are four cannons from the Royal Sovereign. thanks Mike
Bugle07
Really good job! How did the masts behave when you were rigging them?

How did the masts behave when you were rigging them? with luck!!! they are white metal and soft, so just care and try not to have to much tension on the rigging, which is why i chose ez line. when i build another i will replace the masts and yards with brass rod for strength
Paul E
Thank you for the mention . Your Royal Sovereign has turned out rather nicely. I thought about using EZ line to rig my Victory but I was worried about there being too much tension, but you have done a good job and it looks spot on. Well done.
