reheat Posted May 1, 2015 Author Share Posted May 1, 2015 A lot of Milliput was used to blend the tail end to the fuselage.Also it will be a good idea to fill the nose probe assembly wtih milliput as when i came to sanding it down i actually went through the plastic to get a smooth profile.By luck more than judgement i did fill it. I remember shimming the cut out area below the windscreen to maintain the line between the forward fuselage and the nose probe. From test fitting I reckoned I would go through the sides of the probe at the rear so I packed it out with plastic card and filler. I haven't done anything with this kit for years.
