Col.
Cheers gang, glad you like her, always liked PRU Blue and the chance to paint a whole machine as elegant as the Spit XIX was too go to miss Made a couple of errors and omissions with this one that need to be addressed as I finish the second one but get the feeling it won't be the last of these kits I make. eng
Lovely Col, very nicely finished indeed. What's the wee addition aft of the cockpit on the L/h side? These are lovely wee kits, I was equally impressed with the new Airfix Mk.1a Eng
Martian
Nice result! Clearlythis is one Spit kit I do need to add to the stash. Martin
Col.
Cheers chaps. Can thoroughly recommend this one Martin. A nice kit to make and I'm tempted to get a couple more. Lovely Col, very nicely finished indeed. What's the wee addition aft of the cockpit on the L/h side? These are lovely wee kits, I was equally impressed with the new Airfix Mk.1a Eng On the XIX there was a small stop on both sides of the fuselage to limit the canopy from going too far back. Don't if this was a feature of any other marks as I've not looked yet Eng. Unfortunately I've positioned them a little too low and only noticed when placing the decals Quite tempted by the Mk.1a as well having seen a few here.
