Armorrich
Beautiful work. I like this particular Japanese aircraft. It looks like it means business. Could someone tell me the purpose of the vertical red pins on the upper wing surfaces? Obviously some sort of indicator. Thanks....Rich

Armorrich
Ahhh...but I'd think they'd be protruding up when the gear was retracted. What am I missing....
Don
4 hours ago, Armorrich said: Ahhh...but I'd think they'd be protruding up when the gear was retracted. What am I missing.... They let the pilot know that his gear is down and extended. When the gear is up and retracted, they disappear into the wing. BTW - Lovely model. Very realistic paint and weathering.

georgeusa
Great looking pair of "Georges". It is only when you see the -1 version next to the -2 version you realize there were some very significant changes made to the later version. Your Dad and you make such a good team. His touch with weathering always seems to be just right. Thanks for sharing both builds. Oh yeah, your photography skills just are top grade and that is why your Dad's builds are shown off to such a high degree.
Epeeman
Great work - nicely weathered too. Regards Dave
kapam
Once again, this is exemplary work! The paint chipping and panel lines are treated perfectly to impart a combat aircraft. Well done again! 👍👍👏🙂
