Rgards J-W I'm not sure, but in some article I met a mention that on the white "4" the insignia were painted over. So I glued them on and then painted them over. 1
Jackson Duvalier
Lovely model. Is that the one Robert Scott flew over Everest? If you were to pantograph this one down to 1/72 I'd buy one. FYI/BTW. 🙂

Wellborn. Work on 1/72 is already underway 3
28ZComeback
I read that Wellborn was flying his P-43A with Chinese markings. Looking for the reference. Does the kit provide decals for Wellborn’s ship? Thank you and this is an impressive kit!! Edited December 26, 2020 by 28ZComeback

After consulting with an American colleague who has a good archive of the war in China, we came to the conclusion that this plane belonged to Wellborn. @replicant Sure, no problem. I think it is better to discuss it in personal messages.
112 Squadron
Nice to see a P-43! The weathering is subtle and well done. I am looking forward to adding the 1/72 model kit to my collection as soon as it is released and I will definitely build it as a 23FG plane as well.
