MarkVX
My latest and in my opinion my best one yet. Here she is pretty much OTB except the pitot tube and Xtradecal Anniversary set. all opinions welcomed And cockpit shot As said above i think this is my best one yet so it shows I'm improving and as always any advice or opinions will be welcome
TerryUK
Looking good on the stand. And i like those markings alot. Its a good feeling when you turn out your best work so far. How was the kit to build? And what paints did you use?
MarkVX
Found the kit fairly easy to put together. The reason its in flight was the frony landing gear was broken so i decided to make the stand. Paints used were humbrol acrylics brush painted as I'm not allowed an airbrush the other half has banned me from having one
Tango Fox
Very neatly done, love the flying pose. Which grey did you use?
MarkVX
I used Humbrol 167 RAF Barley Grey should've been medium sea grey but I got the wrong tin out and by that time it was too late but it works so I left it
MarkVX
Time to make a start on the Lightning inflight
AirfixAndy
That looks brilliant ....one I would be proud of to be honest ! The only thing I could point out to you is that only very early in its service did the Tornado fuel tanks have four fins. I think it looks very smart in flight on your stand Andy

MarkVX
Decided now that all my models will be inflight. I hate doing the landing gears and they are easier to put on the shelf on a stand and aircraft are meant to be flying not on the ground lol

MarkVX
My favourite part is how it sits on the stand. Im going to try a more adventurous pose for the Lightning thats on the bench now.
