  1. Hi there, welcome from a very soggy West Sussex. My stash is 'only' around the 200 kits mark, so you're making me feel slightly better about it. My wife always says, 'Why are you buying another one when you've already got so many?' She just doesn't get it.
  2. Ooh, did someone say Schneider Trophy? Pierre, that is truly amazing, so delicate and life-like, beautifully painted and rigged. Stunning!
  3. I'd like to join this one please, be making the 1/48 Tamiya EG-T as half of a 'Dogfight Double' homage with a Hobby Boss Me 262.
  4. Sign me up for this please, got a couple of Airfix 1/48s in the stash.
  5. Hi there, welcome to the Forums. Love old Fords too, my first car was a '68 Ford Corsair and my brother had a MkII 1600E Cortina. Stuck a 3 litre V6 from a Capri in the Corsair, great fun!
  6. Feel like I need to have it...but don't know why. Absolutely Bentwaters scheme.
  7. A friend of mine is addicted to brake fluid...the only good thing is he says he can stop whenever he wants.
  8. Its a great kit, looking forward to seeing how you get on. 👍
  9. Hi there, welcome to the forums. Quite fancy that kit myself to go with the SAS Jeep.
  10. Hi all, Going to finally getting around to doing my Trumpeter 1/48 Spiteful. Made a half hearted attempt to start it a few years back, glued the undercarriage doors up into the lower wing as I as planning on doing it in flight. Hard to believe but Trumpeter got their research wrong with the box art, RB518 depicted was a F.16, so I'll be modifying the serial to reflect RB515 which was the first production F.14
  11. Count me in, still got some of those 1:1 bird kits to be made.
  12. That is a decent price, where is it available from?
  13. Sweet! May have to co-opt a pilot from my Bulldog.
  14. Nice job there John. That RLM 70/71 scheme can be tricksy can't it, the two colours don't contrast very well. You've done a cracking job on painting the canopy too!
