A pretty poor year in terms of output from me, with only two builds being completed. With the arrival of a baby, a house move and a promotion at work, time at the bench has been somewhat limited.

First completion was Revell's 1/32nd Heinkel He111 P-1, build more or less out of the box:

Next up was Revell's 1/32nd Mig29UB, again built from the box:

I've also been working on scratch-building a 1/32nd scale Avro Shackleton, but this is nowhere near completion yet...

Festive wishes to you all!

Tom, with a baby, New house and promotion it's been a very productive year for you!

To mis quote Private Eye, congratulations all round!

I think the Heinkel and Mig are cracking builds, and for anyone who hasn't seen the Shackleton in the flesh - you are missing something special :clap2:

I was lucky enough (and Tom unlucky enough) to bore/ speak to Tom at SMW  last month (we talked about 3d printing) and it really is a stunning - and large model.

To quote Darth Vader from 'The Empire Strikes Back', 'Impressive, most impressive!'.

The output may be low, but the quality is top notch. Stunning workmanship! Scratchbuildng a 1:32 Shack - it's amazing!

Cheers,

Bill
