  1. exdraken is right. Academy's R-60 (or whatever they are) are worthless. Keep away from them! Eduard's R-60 are fine. Just remember that Academy's APU-60 and APU-73 are the same parts, So Eduard's rockets can look "undersized" with them Keep on good work! You have chosen one of the most colourful paintings that are used in Polish Air Force at the moment
  2. For everyone looking for polish stencils: http://www.sagittarius3d.pl/sklep/index.php?17,00148-su-22m4

  4. So, since Su-9 is about to hit the market and Su-11 is on the way, what are the chances of having the Su-7 released? Should i consider selling my Eduard's Su-7 with plenty of rare aftermarket and custom markings? Seriously.
  5. Now that's a lovely buit Flanker Are these rockets from the kit? They look like taken form Eduard or another kit.
  6. Well, nice kit, but I would like to see their MiG-29 9-51 UB...
  7. I'm just not sure which one will be better Of course I'm taking Zvezda kit into consideration, but I will be able to make a decision when all three kits will be reviewed.
  8. It looks like i made a good decision by not buying the hasegawa kit...
  9. It must. If Eduard makes aftermarket for their models, it fits perfectly, because their models are prepared for this brassin sets just before they are released.
  10. ... and some photos of my model just before "repainting" to polish version.
  11. Great, somebody noticed this - so here i go: MiG-29 9-12A, serial number 2960526377 has been delivered to Poland at 22 december 1995, as one of ten MiG-29s (including one two-seater 9-51/UB) exchanged with Czech Republic for eleven W-3 Sokół helicopters. It was one of most unique MiG-29 jet fighters in the polish sky because of it stunning czech camouflage, slightly changed after its arrival to Poland - bort numbers, czech markings and emblems were overpainted with dark olive paint, where "tiger skin" on tailplanes were left - as reminder of this airframe taking part in "Tiger Meet". Czech emblems on air intakes were overpainted with pale blue paint, on which new bort numbers were painted, intereconnected with airframe' number - '77. In the end of 1996 (untill '99) , this aircraft was in repair in Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze no. 2 in Bydgoszcz, and next in 2007 (untill 2008) in the same place and is in service at the present day. It is true that '77 lost its uniqe camouflage in 1996, but photos still remains, how unique it looked then, comparing to other MiG-29s In Polish Air Force. Sorry for any language mistakes in the text - i translated it from polsh by myself.
  12. It was, except air intakes and engine cowlings.
