Never thought to link 'em to here simply because I didn't think there was enough drone buffs here. Anyway,mte453 is one of the bods that worked at 'Bedr,so was well placed to see 'em at close hand. His handle of mte453 is actually derived from the callsigns of the famous last two Meteor drones,WK800&WH453, which were "Met453" and "Met800". I believe the Seavixen was "Vix924". A bod on my Fs forum was actually a drone controller at Llanbedr and gave us a superb account and pictures of flying the Jindiviks. Much more involved than folks would imagine. There is a nice little book on Llanbedr called 'Target Rolling' that gives a fair bit of detail into the drone operations
