Red Dragon Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 (edited) This, hopefully, will be my entry for the group build, I am awaiting an operation, the first of three, for Carpal tunnel syndrome, which could mean it does not get finished in time. Box and contents shots. The vehicle which I intend to build will be slightly different with regard to armarment to the kit fit. Phil Edited March 5, 2009 by Red Dragon
Mike Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Carpal tunnel syndrome's no fun. It runs in our family, and I expect it'll be my turn for an op one day... make hay while the sun shines, and I'm sure no-one'll tell you off if you don't make it
spitfire Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I'll be watching this one very carefully as I have one in the stash. Cheers Den
Stebos Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I'll be watching closely as well. I came very close to picking one up for this GB and it's still on my 'wish list'.
AnonymousDFB1 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Nice choice Phil, and don't worry if your operation gets in the way.
AndyL Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Very nice choice...looks a really nice kit indeed. Hope your ops go well too. A friend of mine had carpal tunnel surgery...my, what a difference it made to him. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this build goes as well!
Brews Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 I'd be happy with the kit armament option. Vickers K guns fired at 900rpm. I'm interested to see what you do with it, though
Sgt.Squarehead Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 I'm so jealous.....I so want a couple of these in 1/72, but there is only a resin kit at the moment. Good luck with your build. All the best Sgt.S
Red Dragon Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 This is as far as I have got to now, the fit is "interesting", the kit instructions are even more "interesting", some parts being shown in place on the drawings but not mentioned. Due to time restrictions I intend to leave out most of the interior, which it must be said is pretty complete. Phil
