GiampieroSilvestri Posted November 7, 2023 Share Posted November 7, 2023 (edited) This is the Sword 1/48 scale kit converted into the second Reggiane Re2005 prototype matricola militare 495.The aircraft had the front of a Messerschmitt Bf 109 with an original Daimler Benz DB605 and VDM propeller and cover installed instead of the license built by Fiat engine with Italian propeller.The propeller and the cover are from a Eduard Messerschmitt Bf 109 F-2 and the lower cowling of a Hasegawa Bf 109 F-4.The VDM was indeed painted in green as like said was an original part.
