daront
So Here she is. Fist a big shout out to Richard E for sending me a spare pilot. It is kinda annoying when you do not get a pilot with the model. So this is my first ever airbrushed model. I decided I wanted to improve my painting and see if I could get some good results with a spray brush. I got a cheap compressor and airbrush from the rain forest site, a timbertech package. Over all as I don't know any difference I thought it was a good package and the results I got for my first attempt was really good. The model itself, wow a bit fiddly, lots of doors. I don't think you can see it in the picture but I added some bits to the weapons bays and engine, cables etc to make it stand out a bit but then covered it in weapons lol. There are a few bits I think I should have spent more time on, such as some of the seam lines. The model is painted with Tamyia paints, mostly spray painted but the radar tape lines brush painted. I also built a custom spray booth as I was finding it even with a mask a little too much in the room I was using, even with the windows open. So here she is, excuse the picture quality, I was using my phone. Deano353
That's a great job all round. I always use a phone camera for photos. A tip as well there's an airbrush on Amazon called Fengda it's about £20 I have two and they're absolutely brilliant. Great looking model. If you'd have put 1/48 in the title I would have believed it
