Afternoon all,

 

A few images from me from what was another superb drive-in airshow at Old Warden. A delightful selection of aircraft displayed in some unexpected sunshine, given the overcast forecast, which produced some glorious light, particularly for the wonderful Spitfire and Hurricane pairing.

I was in the middle zone, adjacent to the 'roadway' nearest the control tower, 5th row back. Decent spot, not that there's really a bad spot at Old Warden.

I was in the 6th or 7th row back, very close to the 'road' down the middle zone - just about my favourite spot. There are bad spots. For the first airshow I was close to the back of Zone A and very close to the trees so it was not possible to a/c approaching from the right. I was not happy.
