Ivor Ramsden
RICHW on here does them, and very nice they are too. Ray's early scheme decals are also very good! Edited November 18, 2013 by Ivor Ramsden
halcyonjet
RICHW on here does them, and very nice they are too. Ray's early scheme decals are also very good! I've just purchased a set of these from Richard (RICHW) and can confirm that they are for exactly the colour scheme you are after. The decals look excellent, as was the service from Richard Dave

halcyonjet
I was mooching around Homebase yesterday, and came across a small stand of 'craft paints' called Painter's Touch by Rust-Oleum. They come in 20ml clear plastic containers with a white screw top and were priced at £1.99. Anyway, one of the colours - Indigo -is an excellent match for the Monarch undersides and engines. I picked up some for my Monarch fleet, plus several other colours that will come in handy. Dave

halcyonjet
Thanks for the information. Are the paints enamel or acrylic? On the lid, it is described as craft enamel, and on the side of the container it states that it is 'quick-drying water based paint' and that you can clean brushes in water (which I can confirm). BTW, they do have a website http://www.rustoleumspraypaint.com/ Note that their colourchart is only vaguely like the actual paint! Dave (not connected with the company, just a happy customer). Skodadriver
Thanks Dave. If you can clean brushes with water it's presumably not enamel! Have you tried spraying it?

No, I haven't tried it with the airbrush yet, sorry. Dave
