  1. Somehow I have always assumed their kits were knock-offs (maybe just in the early days?) Never bought a single one.
  2. Wow those look nice! The only one that still looks spindly is the Mustang one ( no fault of theirs though)
  3. Always thought these looked like cross between a F-80/T-33 and an F-86, but bigger....
  4. Have found the IPMS info, ordered the AM, ordered the DACO book. Now to clear my desk.....😳
  5. He just responded, 322Sqn, no real preference fir year so anything between '64-'80 will do. Was there any time in particular they looked really dirty? (Exercise maybe?)
  6. I think that might be the best approach, find out what squadron my friend wants, what serial, what timeframe and go from there. It seems pretty much everything is known down to individual airframes.
  7. I'd start with the ones you mentioned, as a sort of 'one sided' story., then go from there. Everybody has a different agenda after all.
  8. I've been asked to do a KIN F-104G (don't they know they'll never get it?) Looking at Eduard stuff, and they mention early/late. I'm afraid I know the answer is probably 'it depends' due to upgrades etc 🙄 But what would a Dutch 104 be?
  9. No idea just went off the grille shape 🤷🏾‍♂️
  10. This. Though there was no 'could appear' about it. They switched to RAL 3024 as per the F1M thread. (Which I'm in.....aahhh those were the days)
  11. Just recieved an incredibly apologetic email from Reskit that due to power outages etc, my order might be delayed. Told them not to worry. If you can, order stuff direct it helps.....
  12. Are the eyes on the intake covers particular for a specific unit, or just a Mi-24 thin
  13. Hmmmmm, seems I could make the truck from this With this cab Would be too big, but a bit of forced perspective never did any harm.
  14. Oof, been looking at the camo, it seems all UA Hinds are unique? Decal sheets seem to agree with all schemes differing sufficiently to be different, and not just a variation. 🤯
  15. Anybody remember the espada that was restored in the 80's ? Was fully covered by a mag (car? Supercar classics?) Was wat we would now call a 'restomod' Correction, it was a Jarama! https://www.jaramaregistry.com/10350.html
  16. Oops I did it again... Mi-24P ordered, with Eduard and Reskit goodies coming as well. Would any of the Eduard rivet sets work, as they don't seem to make a -24P set?
  17. I think you're right! Looks too flat to be a revolver.
  18. Going off the picture in the Ginter F3F book.. It shows a holstered revolver, some googling says ot might be a Colt/S&W M1917 which was juuuuust about at the end of its service life.
  19. Need one for a F3F cockpit. Pointers on where to find one?
  20. And on the wings? Outside in: Missile pylon? Tank? Rocket launcher?
  21. Googling shows it could be a -35M? Apparently they received a few from the Czech Republic.
  22. If not, how close is it? If you know the subtype please let me know that'll make it easier to research.
