  3. Is everyone directing similar ire to all the manufacturers Tbolt list who also supply flawed transparencies? Just wondering...
  4. I find this really interesting. I wonder how much difference these changes actually made to the misidentification issue.
  5. I wonder why such orders were issued, other than for the sake of ordering them. I have never really understood this.

  9. I have the old Microscale sheet 72-77 and would like to model Fanny Hill of MAG 15 of the USS Hornet. The instruction sheet is useless saying alternate red and blue stripes but does not show anything of the kind. I cannot find any colour photos anywhere Can someone help? thanks Van UK

  11. Why on earth is it possible to turn off transponders etc manually from the cockpit of an airliner? If I understood what the ex &&& pilot said on the BBC news, this is what seems to be possible.
  12. Yes, I know. They charge huge prices for what is available which the Skyhawks aren't...
  13. Please enlighten me as to where Fujimi Skyhawks are "readily available". There is one on ebay at 36 pounds and another at 26! Very little choice at hlj and lucky model, none at hannants....get the picture?
  14. The Fujimi kits all seem a bit scarce at the moment..
  15. Yes...I realise that. I meant their recent efforts-my comments were in the context of their recent releases. Airfix also did an A-4D1
  16. I still think its odd they chose the B variant, when the A4-C was more plentiful, saw a lot of service in Vietnam, was also used in the Falklands and can be converted easily to an A-4L too. It seems like it was the same thinking that led to Airfix not doing a B.2/6 Canberra...
  17. I got the usual kind ofnoncommital response, around the time of release, hence asking here. There may have been some news of which I was unaware.Van
  18. It seems they were thinking about releasing at least one of these variants going by the flashed over extra holes for outboard pylons on those variants. Van
  19. My FG1 arrived yesterday from hlj with no probs
