  11. Thanks very much Alex, I guess everyone has their own interpretation of how they want their kits to look when they build them. none of these interpretations are ridiculous. Best regards Keith. Thanks very much Gentlemen. Best regards Keith.
  12. Thanks very much Matt. Thanks Martin, the reg plate was supplied in the kit by Tamiya as a decal, once installed it was sprayed with satin clear coat to seal it in. Best Regards Keith
  13. Thanks Ross, I used the Original plastic parts supplied in the kit as no photo etch was available at the time. The discs were stripped of chrome plating and repainted using tamiya lacquer paint, the original discs do have some "scoring details" as part of the moulding which doesn't look to bad once painted. Regards Keith.
  14. Thanks very much, All of the original chrome was stripped back using Household bleach, then the base coat lacquer was stripped using mr color lacquer thinners. Next the parts where resprayed with Tamiya LP1 black gloss, once dry AK interactive Super chrome was added in several layers to build up the finish you see here, this was then left for four weeks to harden off so it could be handled and masked as required. The exhaust was treated in the same way except Green stuff world Black chrome was used as the final finish. Regards Keith.
  15. Thanks very much Gents. Regards Keith.
