T-Tango Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Sorry guys and gals but I'm pulling out of the build.
T-Tango Posted November 26, 2007 Author Posted November 26, 2007 Sorry to hear that Tang Yep, had a real off with modelling just now, can't get any enthusiasm at all with the planes, so just ordered a tank kit which I've never done before to see if I can get going again.
Col. Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Good luck with the tank build Pete, a change is as good as a rest as the saying goes. You know we'll all welcome you back if you get the enthusisim levels restored soon fella.
zeke Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Hey we all go through those kind of phases, sometimes just sitting at the modelling bench, looking at the pile of plastic junk and wondering why do we bother? And that's after it's finished in my case sometimes!... But don't worry, it'll come back...like syphillus really, once you've got it it never goes away for long...
Gary West Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Sorry Pete, your resignation is declined, and your still in. This GB is a blood thing

I'm having that with my Jag at the mo, so rather than try and force it and risk cockin' it up, I've just put it to oneside and I've pulled out one of my little resin Star wars kits to do as a quick build.

Pete, It's working for me. My tanky has been a revelation. I hope it brings you back too. Bob
AnonymousER99 Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Modelers Block hit me for the better part of two years. I found doing something simple and out of my comfort zone helped me immensly. For me it was a car from Tamiya that was the magic answer. Maybe the Airfix Jag isnt for the person who needs a bit of therapy huh?? You will get back on the horse. Take your time we will all be here when you return to the fold. Mike
