AnonymousDFB1
There's not a lot to the kit Darren, painting, decalling and weathering will probably take the longest time.

wellzy
Nice Mish have you used marker pen ? if so hope it dose not come though RED !! lES
AnonymousDFB1
It's not a marker pen but an artists water based pen/brush I have a set that has different nib/brush sizes and shades from grey though black. All my models for the past four years have been pre-shaded using them with no leaching or bleed through. Apparently you only get that with spirit based pens. dazdot
Where did you get it from mish? That sounds like an excellent idea
AnonymousDFB1
I have two sets one is called shades of grey and the other shades of brown, I think I got them from ebay but you can get them at any art/craft outlet. When I get home from work I'll check on the manufacturer.

Cookenbacher
Excellent tip on using the artist pens for pre-shading Mish. I've got some of those, but have using them to post-shade grey schemes and for oil stains. Never thought to use them to pre-shade.
AnonymousDFB1
Also using a fine nib/brush they are good for panel lines instead of a wash.
wyverns4
Hi Mish, A belated welcome to the group build! Fast work, I had heard that the new Airfix was good but not that good. I might have to go and get one just to see... Christian the Married and exiled to africa
