HL-10 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I have just got hold of an excellent old book on the He-111 and found some photos of the aeroplane fitted with Daimler Benz DB 60 1U engines. I have never seen this before. It make for a very interesting looking machine. screen capture windows 7
stevehnz Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Definitely an interesting one, it just doesn't look quite right with those cowls though. It's make a great model project if one could find some better photos or even decent drawings. Maybe not be too hard to adapt some Ju88 cowls? Steve.
gingerbob Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Wow, that IS different, and I instantly thought "Ju-88/He-111 cross". Thanks! bob
Radleigh Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I wonder how much they changed the aerodynamics, looks smart but very different! What's the book?
