  1. I have a few of his kits, but no build threads... Have a look at Iains thread over on LSP at his 1/32nd Andover. They are great kits, but they do need work. Fit is superb, goes together very well and very easy. It's just the prep of the surface that takes a while... but in my opinion, worth it all day long. https://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?/topic/85057-132-hawker-siddeley-andover-emk-3-3d-print/ Back to 1/144th Electras...
  2. Look no further... https://www.ebay.com/itm/114800056064?fbclid=IwAR2jLLdci-abLS87zAVVf8EzcrZ4zLVUU2RNi6gSToy2Wi78sFpiwpdRPPM and 48th https://www.ebay.com/itm/114800057541?fbclid=IwAR3SrJqiuzKdDZAbAVujAvgR6Y_emcWKaJn0cwykGFBPP9Ub7Zf9zxJCgnY
  3. I've been using superglue, no issues at all. The kit fits together seamlessly, so just a few blobs before sliding it together on the locating rods.
  4. Worth $90 USD all day long... I have the YS-11EB. Granted they aren't Tamiya like, but are very good! I'll be in for a 1/48th L-188...
  5. I would prefer the OneManModels kit as he is also doing them in 1/48th.. and interiors.
  6. It's a public page, no need to join... just click and view.
  7. The size is on the box 371mm x 496mm...
  8. Scalemates have it down as Cyber-Hobby also. Scroll down and look at the 'Product Timeline'. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/cyber-hobby-5051-sea-vixen-faw1--122569
  9. I don't know their business plan, but I think it'll be highly unlikely... a good conversion for someone to bring out though.
  10. It'll need resin wheels, engines without a doubt... but i'm not knocking Mach2, admire him for bringing us subjects no one else dares too.. really tempted by the Navy EC-24 or FAF Dc-8/50 Sarigue.
  11. Nothing wrong with the kits I've got... ? It's 3D printed so it needs sanding smooth or covering with a coating, but that's to be expected.
  12. Well if theres a man for the job... it's you! I very nearly bought one for £120 not long back, but had to resist.... do love the Hampden though, so i'll be following this Woody.
  13. Resin kits are getting better and better, and if the masters are made by 3D printing... it'll fit like a glove. I'll be in for one, without a doubt.
  14. I believe just one flying.. was hope of getting it back off the ground again as it was at Farnborough one year, but nothing heard since.
  15. Paint it yellow or blue then...
  16. If they don't, then so be it.... when it comes out it'll be light years over any current C-130 in 1/72nd, something I honestly given up on seeing.
  17. Absolutely as I won't be going back to work doing 6 day weeks working 12-16hr days... we're making big changes while we're off and i'm cutting my hours down immensely..
  18. It's been ages since I've posted any work here, but having a big bit of time off due to having a little girl 2+ years ago... I'm finally getting back into it, and having time off due to COVID19 is also helping.. HK Models 1/32nd B-17G coverted by myself into a fire bomber. Here is where it's at now... I did start this years ago, but did little to it, cockpit etc... but recently brought it back up to speed by blanking off the turrets and modifications needed to make it into the aircraft I want to finish it as. First coat of primer last night over the modified areas is bringing up some minor defects in the milliput, but that'll be easily sorted. Big old girl... had to photo her on my rug for the time being... but when done i'll take it somewhere (work maybe) and find a bigger space..
