  1. More lovely work Daniel. The discolouration is very convincing. If you can free up the engines, then I believe that the exhaust petals should be almost in contact with the fuselage. A quick Google search should provide confirmation :-)

  6. Hi Antti, I'm in full agreement with the previous posters. Absolutely Stunning. My Father served at Tengah in the early sixties and spent many a "happy" hour in the old Drag Master trying to turn the recalcitrant collection of valves that didn't like high humidity into a working Air Intercept Radar! He always seemed to have a grudging affection for the old beast. I look forward to your next build. Also many thanks for your generosity in passing on the lovely artwork for the seat harnesses to us.   8. Hi Bill Looking really good. Doped patches over the guns was standard practice to keep grime and gunk out whilst on the ground and to reduce the likely hood of freezing in the air. HTH
  9. +1 for the use of weathering pastels. I've used the Tamiya range to simulate the effects of the sun and was very chuffed with the result. They might be of use to "fuzzy up" the sharp contrast as it were.
