Decal rings?

Before I start losing my eyesight trying to cut them out of decalsheet.

Is there a source for decal rings in several colours and width?

I need to make something that looks like a label behind a rotating handle in 1/48.

I have all of the stuff by Anyz en Airscale.

I have been looking at 1/43 car stuff like tire striping etc, but no luck so far.

Ideally I'd like to get down to an R of 1mm  and a minimum width of 0.5mm (not asking much...)

Just had a thought...a letters and numbers sheet in the right font would get me close. (and with a lot of numbers left over.....🤣

I have exactly the same dilemma! I need some black rings for a 1/43 racecar,I can’t find any rings but then remembered I have a compass cutter which I think is the answer here. I have used it once before and it did work,it needs to be sharp but then it’s still as new. Good luck!

A compass cutter is good, but only down to a radius of about 1cm - for smaller stuff I use a punch set. I should add I've tried neither on decals which can be quite delicate. Instead I use Tamiya tape and create masks for painting
