Welcome back! Im in much the same position as yourself and trust me, youve got a lot of fun ahead... rediscovering the joys of building a model is a fantastic feeling. Ok, heres the deal: ive spent the last hour trawling all over the interweb looking for pictures of Bf 109 camo schemes, and i found loads and loads. Annoyingly and somewhat bewilderingly though, they all just seem to show the left hand side of the fuselage, and nothing else. Does anyone know of a website that shows Bf 109 paint schemes in a slightly more complete way? EDIT: Err.. sorry.. probably should have put this in resources.

Very nice, ive never seen (or heard of) one of these before... whats that wrapped around the nose? (is it still a nose on a missile?)... it looks a bit like a rubber band, but i cant tell.

Wow, that looks fantastic. The decals are a bit... loud, but i dont think it really detracts. Itd take a lot to detract from that thing.

I hope this topic is in the right place. So, ive noticed loads of people swear by 'resin' and 'vacform' and other odd words like this. And i was wondering over my evening pie, what exactly are these things? Why are they better than the regular plastic things in a box? I mean, the only resin ive ever come across isnt really a socially acceptable topic of conversation... Forgive the ignorance... if you dare.
