  4. Wow, Fantastic ... About the best Mustang I've come across ... I love the staining and weathering ... Gregg
  5. An Excellent Piece ... Gregg
  6. Thanks for sharing the story and photos ... A sad end to a beautiful Royal Navy Phantom ... Glad the Martin Bakers worked as advertised ... Gregg
  7. Nice piccie ! Thanks so much for sharing ... Just to clear up any confusion, it's VMA-214 BLACKSHEEP ... Probably just typo on your part ... Gregg
  8. Very nice photos, I especially love that Rhino Shot ! Gregg
  9. Gorgeous ! I too am a fan of the F-104 in the NASA scheme ... They go so well together ... Your's is spot on ... Gregg
  10. Yeah, the Blues would clean it off from time to time during the season but the Thunderbirds wore it like a Badge of Honor with the nearly all black tail by season's end ... Gregg
  11. Whoa ! I love KC-10s .... Gregg
  12. The Blues call the 'stack' formation "Echelon" ... Nice additional shots BTW ... Thanks so much for sharing them ... Gregg
  13. The Tomcat would have been a terrible Demo Jet for the Blues with the swing wings automatically swinging in and out for airspeed and maneuvering adjustments ... I think the Hornet has seved the Blues quite well for nearly a quarter of a century now ... About 8 feet during that maneuver ... The Diamond will be as close as three feet apart during other maneuvers in the show with "Full Wing over Canopy overlap"... Gregg
  14. Noice ! Blue Jet #5 is my favorite .... I've seen pics of both a F/A-18B and D #7 at MCAS Miramar the week before ... The one in your shot above appears to be the F/A-18B ... Gregg
  15. Excellent shots of the Rhino ! Thanks for sharing them ... Gregg
