Mancunian airman
For the first time that I can recall, and I have been doing this for a while, but I had some trouble with the Matt spray from the Army painter. My usual method for decals is to have Klear on the fuselage, set the decals and seal with Klear then apply the Matt spray. On this occasion I used Micro Sol covered over with the Matt spray but this time the paint 'bubbled'. Several layers of spray rather than one . . . (Its a new can that was well shaken). I usually spray outside to aid drying . . . Anybody else had issues with the Army Matt anti-Shine ?? Next up, the turrets . . . Ian
mark.au
Can't help with the Army Matt, nor can I see the bubbling but I can see a very nice looking George.

Mancunian airman
Finished and finally got outside to photograph the aircraft, coincidentally snaps taken at former RAF Binbrook. The only mod was the shallow bomb-aimer's blister carried on this aircraft. More in the gallery Many thanks for looking in best to all Ian
